Who We Are
Family Access Network (FAN) has 28 advocates in 65 school sites in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson Counties connecting families to basic-need services, such as food, shelter, healthcare, clothing and more. FAN breaks down the barriers for children so they are able to attend school rested, well-fed and ready to learn.
What We Do
The FAN advocates help families and children navigate the often confusing social services system. Partnering with over 100 community partners, FAN is able to connect nearly 8,000 individuals with basic need services.
