Our mission is to work as a community to safely shelter and empower our neighbors on their path to stable housing. Our vision is a sustainable community where every person is treated with compassion and has access to safe shelter and supportive services that promote dignity, self-sufficiency, and long-term stability. Our work is guided by respect, compassion, inclusivity, integrity, accountability, environmental responsibility, and leadership through collaboration.

Central Oregon Villages is a community-focused nonprofit based in Bend, Oregon. We develop and operate temporary shelter sites that provide safety, structure, and support for people experiencing houselessness.
