Herd U Needed A Home is a Border Collie and herding dog rescue and adoption program located in Bend, Oregon with our headquarters in Paisley Oregon. We were officially founded in the spring of 2014, and are a fully-accredited non-profit corporation under IRS section 501 (c) (3). Our rescue program is run by Flora Steffan. When Flora was 8 years old a Border Collie came into her life and it forever changed her world. As an adult she is passionate about finding the right dog for the right owner.
