Opportunities From: Connect Central Oregon

BEAT is excited to be performing some wonderful and vibrant plays!  Our actors love to have colorful, exciting and meaningful costumes... which requires costume building skills.  We are looking for people with sewing skills, altering skills, or even super-creative hot glue gun skills, to help us costume our shows.  We perform around 3-4 productions a year, so there are lots of opportunities.

BEAT Children's Theatre is looking for people who have a passion for helping children's groups to grow and serve more young people in Central Oregon!  We are currently accepting new members to our Development Committee that focuses on fundraising to support our rapidly expanding programs. The Development Committee will support the work of BEAT and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance.  The Development committee assists in setting the vision for and managing the overall fundraising strategy for BEAT.  Previous experience in fundraising is helpful, but not required. 

BEAT Children's Theatre is looking for additional Members for is Board of Directors.  We are currently in a Capacity Building phase and are looking for individuals who would be able to support and assist us as we grow our organization to meet the current demand.  We are specifically looking for people with experience and/or knowledge in fundraising/development, space acquisition, communications/media and any other field that supports business growth.  BEAT is currently in its 17th season and we are working toward an exciting celebration as we kick off our 20th season here in Central Oregon!  Board Members must pass a background check through BEAT.  Board meets 8-9 times per year.
