Join us at our annual Jingle Store event in Bend, Oregon, this December. Each child (1-17 years) receives $10 in Jingle Bucks to shop for gifts and has the opportunity to meet Santa, snowy princesses, elves, and more (children under 1 receive a baby bag of gifts). Enjoy a magical gingerbread house and Candy Cane Lane Toy Store for shopping and surprises.
NOTE: Jingle Store is our FREE event for low-to-moderate-income children 17 and under in Central Oregon. Santa’s Plate is our fundraiser that raises funding for Jingle Store, and this event is open to the community for the cost of just $30 a child.

We will do our very best to place you in the area you signed up for, but we sincerely appreciate your flexibility in adjusting to another position if needed. Jingle Store/Golden Ticket Shelving Set Up
This role involves setting up shelving and displays for the Jingle Store, where all the toys for the event will be organized. Volunteers should be comfortable with light lifting, organizing, and working as a team.

JINGLE VOLUNTEER ROLES
Volunteers must be aged ten or older to volunteer.
Volunteers 10-12 do not count as filling a volunteer spot but are allowed to serve alongside a parent/guardian.
If you have a child aged 13-15 years who would like to volunteer, please ensure a parent/legal guardian is also volunteering on the premises during the same timeframe. However, they can fill a role of their own as long as it is marked for that age range on the signup form.
Please refrain from using your cell phone inside the event, especially when engaging with guests. If you need to take a call or text, please step into the designated volunteer areas and ensure someone is able to cover your spot.
Please, no eating inside the event. We will have designated spaces for volunteers to eat. Light snacks and water will be provided. If you require more than that, please bring additional food or beverages.
