As a member of CAMP’s Board, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization, shaping our strategic vision, and ensuring the sustainability of our mission. Board members are expected to serve a minimum of one full term, which is two years.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Nonprofit Development: Demonstrated experience in nonprofit management, including understanding governance, strategic planning, and organizational development.

Social/Human Services Expertise: Knowledge and experience in social or human services, particularly in underserved populations and community support systems.

Fundraising Skills: Proven ability to assist with or lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and event planning.

Volunteer Management: Experience in managing and mobilizing volunteers, including recruitment, training, and retention.

Legal / Financial / Business Experience: As we look to diversify the skill-set of our board, we are looking for individuals who have knowledge in Oregon Law, accounting, business development, and technology. If you have these skillsets, no need to have nonprofit experience. We will train you up!
