Opportunities From: Connect Central Oregon

Volunteer: Patient Advisory Council Member

Are you a patient of Mosaic Community Health and looking to get more involved in your community clinic? If so, the Patient Advisory Council (PAC) is the perfect opportunity for you!

The Patient Advisory Councils at each clinic are intended to gain awareness of the patient’s perspective related to the delivery of patient care and communications. This is an opportunity to engage with other PAC members, who are also patients, and ensure that the patient's point of view and experience is not only heard, but also integrated into the service and quality improvements that are established.

A meal will be provided at every meeting. Members will also be provided with a gas/grocery gift card (value $10) each time they participate in a meeting to encourage participation.
