As a NexTap Station Festival Server, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering an outstanding guest experience by responsibly serving beer, cider, and beverages to festival attendees. This role requires excellent customer service skills, adherence to OLCC regulations^, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment.

SPECIAL NOTE: This volunteer opportunity is exclusively for members of Central Oregon Homebrewers Association and Cascade Fermentation Association.

For this role, you'll be assigned to the NexTap beverage serving station.

Requirements:

Must be 21+ (Valid ID required).Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and professionalism.Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10lbs.

As a Festival Server, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering an outstanding guest experience by responsibly serving beer, cider, and beverages to festival attendees. For this role, you'll be assigned to one of the beverage serving stations in either the alcoholic or non-alcoholic sections. And NEW for 2026 is the Hempgarten.

As a Festival Floater, you’ll be the ultimate team player, stepping in where extra help is needed throughout the event. This flexible role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy variety, problem-solving, and interacting with different areas of the festival. Whether assisting guests, supporting other volunteer teams, or handling unexpected tasks, you’ll play a key role in keeping the festival running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Provide general support across various festival areas, filling in where extra hands are needed.Assist with guest services, offering directions and answering questions.Support beverage stations, vendor areas, or activity zones as needed.Help with minor setup adjustments or restocking supplies.Communicate with festival staff to identify priority areas requiring assistance.

Qualifications:

Adaptability and a willingness to jump into different tasks as needed.Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills. Ability to stay on your feet and move between locations throughout the festival.No prior experience required—just enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset!

Shift Details:

Floaters will be assigned to different tasks throughout their shift based on real-time needs. • Volunteers should be prepared for a mix of stationary and mobile roles.

As a member of the Setup & Takedown Crew, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing the festival to life and ensuring a smooth wrap-up once the event concludes. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on tasks, teamwork, and behind-the-scenes event production.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up festival infrastructure, including tents, tables, signage, and decorations.Help place and arrange beverage stations, seating areas, and other key festival elements.Support vendors and festival staff in preparing their spaces before opening.Break down and pack up festival materials at the end of the event, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.Maintain a safe and organized work environment during both setup and takedown.

No prior experience required—just a positive attitude and readiness to help!

Comfortable with physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and assembling equipment.Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.Willingness to get hands-on and adapt to various setup needs.
