About the Role This committee plans all our forums. We are seeking members that are interested in leading small teams to develop content, speakers and programming. Committee Responsibilities Recommend and help evaluate potential forum topics.Serve on at least 1-2 smaller program planning teams a year.Reach out to potential speakers and moderators to help forum the best possible forum content.Recommendations to the Board of Directors on an optimum approach to the presentation of all forums and special forums in accordance with adopted program guidelines. Assist the Executive Director in public promotion that increased the knowledge of the presence of City Club in Central Oregon and its activities and make City Club the forum of choice for our region.
