Do you have experience with Zoom and running or assisting with meetings? We need assistance with managing the virtual/hybrid aspect of the event, so attendees from all over the northwest and beyond can attend this much anticipated event virtually. You'll manage the zoom meeting that displays the presenters for one of the conference tracks. We have two tracks, one for individuals, and one for government and business. In one of these tracks, you'll be the Zoom tech, running the zoom meeting, displaying presenter slides, and video slides during breaks.
Its a great opportunity to see the conference up close and help 350 deschutes! We'll have others in the room to help: a moderator, timekeeper, and a hybrid tech to operate all the audio and camera equipment. But you'll be part of the action by doing the day-long zoom meeting. Its like meetings on steroids!
