Be a part of our MLK Day! Help strengthen our communities by joining MountainStar!
We will have 3 projects running simultaneously. All needed materials and snacks will be provided.
These projects are mainly designed to help the hard-working teachers and staff spruce up their classrooms and for the enjoyment of the kiddos who attend our programs.
Project 1: Deep clean a classroom. Our busy teachers usually have to carve out their own time for deep cleaning the classrooms. Help serve up the love by bringing some sanitizing and sparkle to their classrooms!
Project 1: Build a sensory kit for the kiddos. With supplies and a theme, help create sensory bins that we use in the classroom for therapeutic practices, play and fun!
Project 3: Repurpose kiddos artwork. Help make your own handmade cards by using artwork created by kiddos at MountainStar. We will use these as special thank you, welcome, birthday and holiday cards!
ALL AGES ARE WELCOME!!
(kiddos under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult)
