We are very excited to have you join our team and help put on what will be the best beer (and more) festival to be held in Central Oregon: Bend Brews & Beyond!
As a member of the Setup & Takedown Crew, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing the festival to life and ensuring a smooth wrap-up once the event concludes. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on tasks, teamwork, and behind-the-scenes event production.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up festival infrastructure, including tents, tables, signage, and decorations.
- Help place and arrange beverage stations, seating areas, and other key festival elements.
- Support vendors and festival staff in preparing their spaces before opening.
- Break down and pack up festival materials at the end of the event, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment during both setup and takedown.
No prior experience required—just a positive attitude and readiness to help!
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and assembling equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
