We are very excited to have you join our team and help put on what will be the best beer (and more) festival to be held in Central Oregon: Bend Brews & Beyond!
As a Festival Floater, you’ll be the ultimate team player, stepping in where extra help is needed throughout the event. This flexible role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy variety, problem-solving, and interacting with different areas of the festival. Whether assisting guests, supporting other volunteer teams, or handling unexpected tasks, you’ll play a key role in keeping the festival running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support across various festival areas, filling in where extra hands are needed.
- Assist with guest services, offering directions and answering questions.
- Support beverage stations, vendor areas, or activity zones as needed.
- Help with minor setup adjustments or restocking supplies.
- Communicate with festival staff to identify priority areas requiring assistance.
Qualifications:
- Adaptability and a willingness to jump into different tasks as needed.
- Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to stay on your feet and move between locations throughout the festival.
- No prior experience required—just enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset!
Shift Details:
- Floaters will be assigned to different tasks throughout their shift based on real-time needs. • Volunteers should be prepared for a mix of stationary and mobile roles.
