We are very excited to have you join our team and help put on what will be the best beer (and more) festival to be held in Central Oregon: Bend Brews & Beyond!
As a NexTap Station Festival Server, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering an outstanding guest experience by responsibly serving beer, cider, and beverages to festival attendees. This role requires excellent customer service skills, adherence to OLCC regulations^, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment.
SPECIAL NOTE: This volunteer opportunity is exclusively for members of Central Oregon Homebrewers Association and Cascade Fermentation Association.
For this role, you'll be assigned to the NexTap beverage serving station.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ (Valid ID required).
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and professionalism.
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10lbs.
As a token of our immense appreciation for your time, every volunteer will receive the following:
- Volunteer shirt
- Food voucher
- Mug and tokens (for use at the festival outside of your scheduled volunteer shift)
^ Every volunteer wants to participate in a successful community or social event. If you volunteer to serve alcohol at an event, you must take steps to ensure it is served safely and lawfully. A current OLCC Alcohol Server Permit is preferred but not required. ALL Festival Servers must accept the OLCC 'What Every Volunteer Alcohol Server Needs to Know' pamphlet waiver.
