Help with day of event support for the Gala de Oro! Saturday, April 2nd, we will be meeting at Eagle Crest for the following shifts:
Shift 1 4:00-9:00pm - Event Support
Shift 2 9:00-12:30pm - Event Clean-up
Event support tasks include:
- Working the registration / check-out table
- Coat-check
- Raffle ticket sales
- Raffle basket distribution
- Paddle raise and donation capture
- Clean-up
