Central Oregon Disability Support Network (CODSN) is a non-profit offering support to families navigating disability in Central and Eastern Oregon. We offer a variety of services for our families, and we love what we do!
Join us for a day of connection and growth at the Breaking Barriers Conference! This conference is an opportunity for self-advocates, professionals, and families to learn from each other and discover disability-related resources - It serves as a platform to share the unique and diverse perspectives of all members of our community. Together we will learn to create a truly inclusive society, where all people will enjoy a fulfilling and self-directed life beyond labels.
We are looking for volunteers to help set up for the conference on Monday, April 20th from 2-5pm. When you help prepare the space, you’re not just setting up chairs, you’re setting the stage for conversations and connections that will ripple out long after the conference!
We are also looking for volunteers to support the conference on Tuesday, April 21st from 7:30am-5:00pm. Flexible shifts are available and we can work around your availability! Volunteers are the heart of Breaking Barriers - On conference day, we need welcoming faces to greet attendees, friendly helpers to serve lunch, and enthusiastic supporters to keep things running smoothly—from the photobooth to guiding families to their sessions. Every role makes a difference in creating a warm, accessible, and joyful experience for our community. Join us in making the day unforgettable!
Volunteers will receive free admission and lunch for their time! For more information, please reach out to Stefany at 541-548-8559 or email stefany@codsn.org
