KPOV Community Radio's Board of Directors provides governance to KPOV, represents the organization to the community, and accepts the legal and financial authority and responsibility for it.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- A commitment to KPOV and its vision and values
- An understanding of the organization's operations and services
- An ability to understand concepts and articulate ideas
- An ability to make informed judgments and decisions about important matters regarding the organization and its operations.
- KPOV Board members attend monthly Board meetings, serve on committees, and participate in fundraising activities.
