Job Description

Do you have experience working with robotics, programming, and/ or coding? If so, become a Robotics Leader for Deschutes County 4-H! Robotics is an exciting and innovative technology that opens the doors for our youth to a world of science, technology, mathematics, and engineering. As a robotics leader, you hold monthly meetings, assist the youth in building their robots, fundraising for your clubs robotic kits, and create challenges for them to work through. 

 

Time Commitment: New Leader Training (2 hours), Monthly Meetings (1.5 each), Prep for meetings (1-3 hours), Fundraising

Approx. time annually: 40 hours

Skills required: Knowledge about robotics, coding, and programming. Enjoys working with youth. Fundraising experience preferred
