Rimrock Trails Treatment Services is seeking three individuals to join its Board of Directors

 

The mission of Rimrock Trails is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment services to improve the lives of adolescents, young adults, and families affected by substance use and mental health problems. We create a foundation for healing, strengthen family connections, and offer hope

for a brighter future.

 

Potential candidates should:

  • Be passionate about our mission
  • Wish to make a measurable and long-lasting impact
  • Have leadership experience accompanied by demonstrated accomplishments
  • Have a natural ability for cultivating relationships
  • Display integrity, credibility, and responsibility
  • Be passionate about serving youth struggling with substance use and mental health disorders

 

Rimrock Trails is particularly interested in individuals who:

  • Have a background in accounting and financial management, or communications, marketing, legal services, and public relations
  • Are visionary thinkers who have the capacity to take on projects and see them through

 

Board Members:

  • Attend board meetings the fourth Thursday morning of every month plus annual board retreat
  • Participate in fundraising activities
  • Provide financial oversight and the review and approval of budgets and financial reports
  • Provide program oversight and review
  • Act as advocates and ambassadors for Rimrock Trails in the community
