Description

Our Fall Freedom Fest fundraiser is an annual dinner gala that we have to raise money to continue our programs here in Central Oregon and across the country. The evening is filled with laughter, great food and drinks, a silent and live auction, as well as a heartfelt testimony from a survivor of human trafficking. All of the proceeds go directly back into our community and other communities around the country.

The money raised for the Fall Freedom Fest goes directly back into running and operating our programs. Our programs include:

Freedom Stickers - Freedom Stickers are a lifeline of hope to victims of human trafficking. These life-saving Stickers are strategically placed in women’s and men’s restrooms because inside a public restroom is the safest place for a victim of human trafficking to ask for help, according to research. They were created in collaboration with survivors of human trafficking so that a victim of human trafficking would see one and call or text the hotline and have help on the way!

Convenience Stores Against Trafficking (CSAT) engages the convenience stores to play a vital role in the fight against human trafficking. CSAT equips convenience stores with training on human trafficking for their employees and provides life- saving materials to post in their stores.

Teens Against Trafficking - is centered on giving students the information and tools to identify and define what human trafficking is, steps they can take to prevent trafficking from happening to themselves and their peers, and what they can do if they identify a trafficker or their victim.

We rely on volunteers to help us prepare and run our event. This event could not be possible without our amazing sponsors and volunteer team. Some of the different volunteer jobs are: set up, clean up, decor, food service, check in, check out, helping with the silent or live auction, photography, etc.
