Kôr is expanding our Board of Directors team to better serve the housing need in Central Oregon. We are looking for members who are interested in affordable homeownership and environmental sustainability. All interested parties are welcome to apply. We are specifically looking for applicants with the following skills/attributes:
- Community land trust boards are comprised of at least 50% of the demographics we serve. Kôr is looking for governing voices from those who have a lived experience with housing instability.
- Our Homebuyer Committee is looking for members for those who want to influence and provide guidance on Kôr's Homeownership Program.
- Kôr is also looking for Board members who have experience in non-profit, finance, and real estate development.
