Organization Background:
Camp Fire Central Oregon offers a variety of year-round, co-ed enrichment opportunities that empower youth, staff and volunteers to discover their sparks, gain confidence, build essential life skills, and be active contributors in their communities. We strive to create an environment where each youth and staff member has a sense of belonging, opportunities to share passions, and a place to thrive.
Program Overview:
Camp Fire Afterschool (CFA) is a flexible and fun option for families of youth in K-5th grade looking to balance after school care with enrichment opportunities and social-emotional skill development. Filled with time outdoors, fun challenges, STEAM activities, games and songs, CFA supports youth in exploring their sparks, practicing social skills, creating connections, building community, and gaining confidence. The program runs directly after school from 2:00 pm -5:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Wednesday Nature Days run from 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
At No School Day Camps (NSDC) we turn a "day off" into a day of creativity and fun! Each day is themed to give kids the opportunity to find their spark, grow and express themselves in a safe, supportive environment with friends new and old. Programs run from 8:30am-3:30pm with optional extended care hours until 5:15pm.
