Licensed amateur radio operators will be supporting the Central Oregon Maker Faire operations team, while concurrently serving as makers for the High Desert Amateur Radio Group. Come show your skills and inspire others to join the hobby and profession.
Experienced net control managers or participants would be paired with elmers and others interested in participating in future HiDARG or ARES events.
A communications office has already been established. We encourage you to bring your radios and set them up/use them as part of the operations. Vehicle-mounted radios may also be considered...so long as you are willing to show off your rig as part of the exhibit!
