- Your primary responsibility is for the safety of our patrons.
- Ushers assist with patrons having a positive theater experience.
- Ushers must be able to stand for several hours.
- Greet, make eye contact, and smile!
- Monitor crowd for any patron needing assistance.
- Report issues to Tower staff.
