Purpose: To collect the necessary supplies one day prior to Empty Bowls and bring them to COCC
Reports to: Volunteer Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Pick up supplies and items from Empire office; deliver to COCC
- Load bowls and other necessary supplies and items into Wille Hall
- Bowls, banners and supplies
- Arrange tables and chairs in proper places
- Cleaning supplies from closet and put into volunteer room
- Find garbage and recycling bins from Republic Waste, place in dining room
- Set aside signage for front doors; place signs on A frames
- Locate tablecloths from Sodexo and cover bowl tables, place bowls on tables
