Central Oregon Disability Support Network (CODSN) is a non-profit offering support to families navigating disability in Central and Eastern Oregon. We offer a variety of services for our families, and we love what we do!
One service we offer is a night of self-care for caregivers to recharge their batteries! Self-care is vital for the wellbeing of all caregivers, and it can be difficult for caregivers of children with disabilities to access. This program provides unpaid caregivers an opportunity to receive 3 free hours of childcare once every three months. Come play with kids for 3 hours while their caregivers have a night out! This would be a phenomenal opportunity for youth and families to help out together!
You do not need to commit to each respite night to help!
