The NeighborImpact HomeSource team offers a range of programs and services to help people manage, grow and protect their assets. This includes HUD-certified Financial Education workshops, Homebuyer Education workshops, and the IDA Matched Savings program.
The NeighborImpact HomeSource team uses volunteers in a variety of locations and roles:
Locations:
- Bend Empire NeighborImpact Office
- Redmond Main Office
Roles:
· Admin and Outreach Support
· Flexible and ongoing position to support outreach and event initiatives. 2-4 hours per month at the Bend Empire NeighborImpact Office
· Event Support
· Support our outreach events by signing up to help set up and take down, run the welcome table, or event photography (phone photos okay!)
· Homebuyer Education Co-Teacher
· Support our HUD-certified staff lead classes for first-time homebuyers to become acquainted with the steps it takes to become a homeowner in today's dynamic housing market.
· Money on the Mind Co-Teacher
· Support our HUD-certified staff lead classes targeted towards anyone who wants to develop better financial management skills and break the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle.
