Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Monitor budget performance, review P&L statements, track grant spend-down rates, and assist with detailed financial reports and budgeting for grants.
- Grant Management: Ensure grant compliance, provide guidance on grant writing, and coordinate training on Neon’s grant tracking.
- Fundraising Strategy: Develop strategies for individual giving, plan donor appreciation events, and evaluate sponsorship opportunities.
- Marketing & Materials Development: Create impactful fundraising materials and review previous campaigns to enhance donor engagement.
