Who We Are
Here in Deschutes County, we have a strong sense of independence along with a shared interest in a safe, healthy, and prosperous community. The Shared Future Coalition is a diverse group of stakeholders who work together to reduce substance misuse among youth. Our mission is empowering youth to reduce substance misuse through inclusive and equitable engagement, community education, and policy.
Community involvement in all phases of prevention is important.
We seek partners from all areas of the community: business, local government, law enforcement, media, parents, young adults, faith community, schools, youth-serving agencies, healthcare, substance abuse treatment providers, seniors, and the general public. By engaging these diverse perspectives we can better assess our community's needs and implement the best solutions.
If you would like to get involved, please contact Shared Future Coalition Coordinator Crystal Sully or call 458-292-6031.
