Help kittens and puppies get a good start by providing them a caring and safe home until they are ready to be adopted. No prior animal foster experience needed. If you are 18 years old or older, live within 30 minutes of the HSCO Shelter and have time to care for kittens, puppies and/or small animals (rats, rabbits, guinea pigs...) fill out a foster application on our website: hsco.org.
