1 hour/week - ongoing commitment
The Latino Fest Committee is looking for new members - help us plan Latino Fest in Madras this year! The committee meets on Zoom starting June 1st at 4pm. Latino Fest is on September 10th at Sahalee Park in Madras and we are looking for people to help with the following committee tasks:
- Reach out to local businesses to sponsor the event
- Collect raffle items to put into raffle baskets
- Coordinate food vendors and cultural booths
- Manage the Latino Fest email
- Recruit volunteers to help with the day-of-event support (Sep. 10th)
- Plan a SUPER fun event with music, performances, presentations, and much. much, more!
