Applications Team Member- Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Applications Team Member for SHP will be responsible for furthering the mission of SHP through vetting and interacting with applicants and their families in a compassionate manner.

POSITION SUMMARY
Screen applicants
Possibly schedule deliveries
Create Delivery Sheets to be used by Delivery team leads

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate effectively through phone, email or text
Ability to communicate the SHP Mission and to set expectations for each applicant in a compassionate manner
To recruit additional team members to help ensure the longevity of the chapter
