Warehouse Manager - Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Warehouse Manager for SHP will be responsible for furthering the mission of SHP through organizing and maintaining a safe work environment for engaging volunteers in the building of beds.
POSITION SUMMARY
Organizing warehouse space to be conducive to engaging volunteers in a safe manner in building beds
Collaborating with the Build Manager to ensure readiness for build days
Collaborating with the Delivery Team Lead to ensure readiness for delivery days
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to organize a safe and efficient work space
Ability to maintain tools and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for volunteers
A passion for the SHP Mission to help see that No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town!
Ability to work effectively under pressure, lead and motivate volunteers, colleagues and volunteers, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a strong attention to detail
Strong cooperative behavior with Chapter President, colleagues, volunteers, donors and corporate sponsors
Time management, organizational, interpersonal communication and follow-through skills
